NannyCare Connections places long-term full-time, summer and travel nannies. We simplify the hiring process for busy parents. Our nanny candidates are primarily from the Midwest. Childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and five references are required. We conduct thorough background checks, and the interview process is extensive. We require an in-person interview with families to gain full understanding of needs and lifestyle. NCC strives to create the ideal partnership between nanny and parent(s), in order to provide children with safe, healthy, and nurturing experiences.
