We are a full service nanny placement agency, we have been placing nannies now for 21 years. When you work with us you will be working with one of the owners only, we will work very hard to help you find your perfect nanny position. We screen all of our families, and provide each nanny we place with a nanny work agreement which states your duties (no grey area's once you start) your pay day each week, net and gross, hourly overtime pay, holidays etc. your accommodations, use of car, even who pay's the deductable in case of an accident. We also provide a membership to the NANC and provide you with information on local nanny support groups. Of course we are always available to help with any issues that arise. Our agency works with only 5 families at one time so we can give more one on one attention to each family and each nanny to ensure a great placement.
